All our groups are working closely together, sharing a room with different activity areas as well as a chill-out space.
The main difference between the groups are age-appropriate projects and recognition of the children’s development stage.
Mini Group
10 months – 3 years
8.30 – 15.00/17.30
Our baby group is intended as an educational space where babies are provided with the opportunity to discover and feel the world around them.
Step by step our nursery school teachers help the children develop their autonomy through music and art activities that enhance their senses and motor skills.
Junior Group
from 3 – 5 years
8.30 – 15.00/17.30
In this group we focus on the children’s individual interests, based on creative activities and themed projects.
Our teachers promote an appropriate environment for free play, symbolic games, music and art activities that enhance the children’s motor skills and that they freely choose according to their own wishes.
Two groups – one tribe!
The Mini and the Junior Group are working closely together.
Children are free to decide in which activity and group they want to participate in – depending on where they feel more comfortable.
Through contact with teachers and other children, they learn to interact with one another, developing both their personal and collective identity.

great child to teacher ratio
Our groups have an excellent ratio of 6 to 8 children per nursery school teacher. Additionally, they are supported by interns from international universities studying educational degrees.
Mixed age groups
We have children from 10 months to 5 years of age. Through lots of joint activities they develop a strong sense of community. Younger kids learn from the older ones, while the older
children learn how to be responsible.
Individual Adaptation
We put a special emphasis on a gentle adaptation for every child that is joining us. We develop an individual path for every family according to the child’s needs and pace.
Flexible hours
We offer monthly subscriptions for the full term as well as «Casals» on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Our morning and afternoon groups:
Healthy & Delicious Food
We offer healthy and nutritious meals, prepared daily with fresh and seasonal ingredients, locally sourced from our caterer, Obrador La Nena.
Park days
We spend two days per week in the Parc de la Ciutadella and often go to the beach or playgrounds on most of the other days. Or just play and do gardening on our roof-top terrace.
